Carey-Anne Woods is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the residence; providing leadership and strategic direction that results in a high level of care and service delivery for all residents ensuring their comfort and well-being. This includes overseeing the establishment and implementation of residence priorities and programs, which align to BayBridge vision, goals and strategic planning initiatives. It is your Executive Director’s mandate to foster and sustain a resident-centred culture at the residence.
Robyn Willroider ensures that the health and wellness needs of residents are met by managing all aspects of the Wellness Team responsible for providing 24/7 on-site support and developing individualized care plans. It is the Director of Wellness’ responsibility to implement, manage and evaluate nursing, infection control and other health related programs and procedures. Your Director of Wellness contributes to the move-in process and day-to-day operations with regards to residents’ levels of care and health needs.
Susan MacDonald provides administrative support for the Executive Director and other Department Managers for your Community. They will manage accounting duties and may assist with Concierge duties.

Michale Fyke & Karen Wilson work closely with seniors and their loved ones to introduce them to all of the experiences and benefits of community living. Your Community Relations representative schedules tours, sets up trial stays and creates opportunities to help find a lifestyle solution to suit your needs.

Ronald Gordon manages all aspects of maintenance and housekeeping within the facility to ensure that residents’ needs are met and that building quality, cleanliness and safety are upheld. Your Environmental Services Coordinator performs general routine maintenance, minor repairs and servicing operations and ensures compliance with all applicable codes and regulations.

Lorel Herrington assesses the social and recreational needs of each resident through a resident discovery process to create relevant, fun and interesting social and recreational programs that reflect the unique interests of each of our residents. Your Life Enrichment Coordinator’s responsibility is to build recreation and social programs that contribute to our mission of empowering our residents to flourish by supporting mind, body and spirit.

Likes: I love cross country skiing and watching my children at sporting events. Spending time at the family cottage, whether in summer swimming and hiking or winter skiing, skating and ice fishing. I am also a secret geek, I love watching Harry Potter, Star Wars etc.. and my latest guilty pleasure is Sherlock Holmes (the BBC series)
Favourite Dish: My favourite dish is Called German Dish. It’s a mix of Sausage, beef, cabbage and creamy noodles. My mother often delighted us with this casserole, which I am carrying on this tradition with my own family.
